Shaun Perry, Structural Integration & Registered Massage Therapist

Shaun graduated from his extensive Hellerwork training in 2005, giving him more than 15 years experience. He has also trained in numerous systems and techniques since then. Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT) was added in 2009, with the purchase of a Bioflex system from Meditech International. Shaun also utilizes his training in Tai Chi for personal instruction in stretching,  movement and structure. He continues to pursue this and other learning to further aid himself and his clients.

Structural Integration (SI) is highly fascial based and can release painful, stressful patterns of tension. Effortful habits are replaced with feelings of comfort, ease of movement and posture, and a sense of whole-body coherence.

SI systematically addresses your body as a whole, bringing relief from pain, discomfort, while promoting awareness of how you’re holding and using your body.  What are the benefits of structural integration? Physical injuries, trauma, and the stresses of daily life require us to adapt how we move and hold ourselves upright. These adaptive patterns can become deeply ingrained—even long after they’ve fulfilled their protective and adaptive functions—to the point that basic movements like sitting, breathing, and walking are more effortful than necessary. Such prolonged effort can contribute toward feelings of stiffness, pain, fatigue, and lack of vitality.

Structural Integration can help us learn to “let go” of chronic stress and tension, to stop fighting gravity and allow it to support us instead. Movement becomes a pleasure, breath comes easier, and “good posture” becomes effortless. We experience a sense of ease, efficiency, and grace.

JENN WEBBER, BELIEF BY DESIGN

Hey, I’m Jenn! The heart behind Belief By Design.

I help people reconnect to the truth of who they are beneath layers of stress, tension, and old conditioning, so they can live with more clarity, peace, and wholeness.

My approach blends science, energy, and intuition... using Belief Coding®, Reiki, Human Design, and Reflective Listening to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep personal insight.

Many of the people I work with come in because they feel “stuck”... physically, mentally, or emotionally. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface so the body and mind can naturally realign. Rather than focusing on fixing what’s wrong, I help reveal what’s ready to heal.

Each session is a calm, compassionate space where you’re fully seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to help you understand what your body is communicating, release what’s holding you back, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

When I’m not holding space for clients, you’ll usually find me with my husband and four sons, experimenting in the kitchen, crafting, or having meaningful conversations over coffee.

I look forward to meeting those who feel drawn to working with me... and helping you rediscover what’s possible for your body, mind, and spirit.
